Cardiac arrhythmias, are quite common and it can be difficult to know if they are benign or life threatening. These arrhythmias, often times felt as palpitations or skipped beats, can come and go and may be missed on an EKG. A continuous monitor for 24 hours to 7 days can make all the difference in determining the type of arrhythmia and guide us toward the right treatment.
